An easy-to-remove 4.5 quart grease drawer with weep hole simplifies cleanup, while adjustable non-skid feet ensure stability. Designed for natural gas with a standing pilot ignition system, this griddle also includes an LP conversion kit for versatile installation in restaurants, diners, and food trucks.
